  • Flames & scents: Open flames aren’t allowed; enclosed candles/LEDs only. Avoid heavy scents/smoke machines.

  • Messy items: No glitter, confetti, rice, or loose petals indoors. (They’re brutal to clean and can stain.)

  • Large installs: Backdrops, arches, or hanging pieces over 25 lbs require prior approval.

  • Outdoors: Secure items against wind; nothing that stakes into turf without permission.
