We always prepare a Plan B. Covered areas and indoor spaces are ready to swap in quickly, so your timeline stays intact.

Yes. We allow outside catering. We recommend using a licensed professional for food safety and insurance, but it’s not required—potluck is welcome. You’ll handle setup and cleanup within your rental window.

It varies by service style, menu, and guest count. As a rough guide: drop-off buffets often start in the $20s per guest; staffed buffets and plated dinners run higher. 

We can share recommendations (photographers, flowers, caterers, DJs, etc.) for convenience, but there’s no requirement to use them.

Bring your own décor and props—just use non-damaging methods (no nails/screws; removable hooks or free-standing pieces). No open flames indoors; LED candles are great. Large/hanging installs need prior approval.

You and your vendors can set up, celebrate, and tear down within your booked hours. Tell us your timeline—we’ll coordinate access, lighting, and any power needs for catering or entertainment.

We follow local guidelines and keep celebrations enjoyable for everyone. Music must be turned down by 10 and we expect guests and decor to be cleared out by 11 (unless previous arrangements are made).
