Do you have indoor and outdoor wedding options?
Yes—both. You can mix and match: mountain-view outdoor spots plus cozy indoor spaces with rustic textures. We’ll help you plan a smooth flow between areas.
What happens if the weather turns?
We always prepare a Plan B. Covered areas and indoor spaces are ready to swap in quickly, so your timeline stays intact.
Can we choose our own caterer?
Yes. We allow outside catering. We recommend using a licensed professional for food safety and insurance, but it’s not required—potluck is welcome. You’ll handle setup and cleanup within your rental window.
How much does catering typically cost?
It varies by service style, menu, and guest count. As a rough guide: drop-off buffets often start in the $20s per guest; staffed buffets and plated dinners run higher.
Do you have preferred vendors? Are we required to use them?
We can share recommendations (photographers, flowers, caterers, DJs, etc.) for convenience, but there’s no requirement to use them.
What décor or installations are allowed?
Bring your own décor and props—just use non-damaging methods (no nails/screws; removable hooks or free-standing pieces). No open flames indoors; LED candles are great. Large/hanging installs need prior approval.
Can we do photography on site? Any hot spots?
Absolutely. Popular backdrops include mountain vistas, rustic whiskey barrels, antique farm machinery, and natural greenery, plus bright indoor spaces. We’ll help you time golden-hour shots and map a quick shot list.
How does setup/teardown and access work?
You and your vendors can set up, celebrate, and tear down within your booked hours. Tell us your timeline—we’ll coordinate access, lighting, and any power needs for catering or entertainment.
What about music, sound levels, and quiet hours?
We follow local guidelines and keep celebrations enjoyable for everyone. Music must be turned down by 10 and we expect guests and decor to be cleared out by 11 (unless previous arrangements are made).
How do we check availability and pricing or schedule a tour?
Tell us your preferred date(s), estimated guest count, and ceremony/reception plan (indoor, outdoor, or both). We’ll confirm availability, send current pricing and inclusions, and set up a tour—virtual or in person.
