What’s your capacity and typical layouts?
Up to 150 attendees. We can do classroom, theater, banquet/rounds, or mixed layouts using rectangular and circular tables. Share your agenda and we’ll map a custom floor plan.
Do you provide A/V?
We offer audio hookup access and projector hookups (fee applies) and on-site power. You’re welcome to bring your own mixer, PA, projector, and screens; we’ll coordinate placement and power runs.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes. Outside catering is allowed. We recommend licensed caterers for food safety and insurance, but DIY is possible if that suits your team.
What’s your alcohol policy for corporate receptions?
We do not have a liquor license, so all parties are treated as private parties. Choose a package that includes a bartender to host a corporate event with alcohol.
Do you have indoor and outdoor options for breakouts or networking?
Yes—use the indoor barn spaces for sessions and outdoor areas for fresh-air breaks or casual networking. We’ll build a weather-ready plan.
How do load-in/out and setup work for vendors and teams?
Ground-level access with nearby parking makes load-in/out simple. Setup and cleanup occur within your rental window; send your timeline and vendor list and we’ll coordinate doors and power.
Can we brand the space (signage, step-and-repeat, décor)?
Freestanding signs, banners, and tabletop décor are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors.
Do you help with run-of-show and room flow?
Yes—share your schedule, attendee count, and seating style. We’ll propose a micro-timeline, breakout placements, and smooth transitions between sessions.
What’s required to reserve a date?
We’ll send an agreement and invoice. Your booking is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid; remaining balance is due per the agreement.
How do we get pricing, availability, and a tour?
Tell us your preferred date(s), headcount, seating/A-V needs, and catering plan. We’ll confirm availability, send current pricing and inclusions, and schedule an in-person or virtual tour in Colorado Springs.
