Yes—use our indoor barn spaces for sessions and outdoor areas for breaks, networking, or fresh-air breakout chats (weather backup included).
What seating/layout options are available?
We offer rectangular and circular tables for classroom, banquet/rounds, or mixed layouts. Tell us your agenda and we’ll map a custom floor plan.
Is A/V available?
We provide audio hookup access (fee applies) and on-site power. You’re welcome to bring your own mixer, PA, projector, and screens—we’ll coordinate placement.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes. Outside catering is allowed. We recommend licensed professional caterers for food safety and insurance, but potluck or DIY is welcome if that fits your plan.
What about alcohol at our event?
We do not have a liquor license. You can choose a package that includes a bartender and bringing in alcohol, or you may obtain a special event liquor permit (where eligible).
How does load-in and setup work?
Ground-level access and nearby parking make load-in/out simple. Setup and cleanup happen within your rental window; share your timeline and we’ll support door access and power needs.
Do you help with schedules and room flow?
Yes—send your agenda, headcount, and seating style. We’ll propose run-of-show timing, room flips (if needed), and best-use of indoor/outdoor areas.
Are there décor or signage restrictions?
Freestanding signs, banners, and tabletop décor are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors.
How do we get pricing, availability, and a tour?
