Is there A/V for toasts, slideshows, or a DJ?
We offer audio hookup (fee applies) and on-site power. Bring your device, projector, DJ/band, or mic; we’ll map placements and cable runs. We also offer packages that includes a DJ.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes—choose one of our party packages that includes a bartender so alcohol can be served professionally during your event.
Do you have indoor and outdoor spaces?
Absolutely—cozy indoor spaces and scenic outdoor areas for photos and fresh air. We include a weather backup in every plan.
What are good ideas for memory displays?
Common setups: photo timeline, guest messages & advice cards, award/keepsake table, and a slideshow screen. We’ll position these for easy guest flow.
Any décor restrictions?
Freestanding décor, arches, and signage are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing pieces. No glitter/confetti indoors. LED candles are great inside.
How does load-in/out and setup work?
Simple, ground-level access with nearby parking. Setup and cleanup occur within your rental window. Share your timeline and vendors; we’ll coordinate doors and power.
How do we check availability, pricing, and tours?
Send your date(s), guest count, seating/A-V needs, and catering plan. We’ll confirm availability, share current pricing and inclusions, and schedule an in-person or virtual tour in Colorado Springs.
