Yes—we have plenty of rectangular and circular tables available. Bring your preferred linens/displays, or let us suggest layouts based on your booth count.
Is there on-site power for booth lighting and displays?
Yes. We have power access near vendor areas. Share your power needs during planning and we’ll place booths accordingly.
How does vendor load-in/load-out work?
Ground-level access and nearby parking make load-in/out easy. We’ll assign time windows and doors so dealers can set up without bottlenecks.
Can we use both indoor and outdoor spaces for the antique show?
Absolutely. Many hosts use indoor spaces for premium pieces and outdoor areas for larger items—with a quick weather backup indoors if needed.
Do you allow outside catering or concessions during the show?
Yes. Outside catering is allowed. We recommend licensed caterers for food safety, but it’s not required; simple concessions or potluck-style vendor snacks are welcome within your rental window.
Do you help with floor plans and booth layouts?
Yes. Tell us your vendor count and aisle widths, and we’ll map a booth layout (using our rectangular and circular tables as needed) to optimize shopper flow and sightlines.
What décor and signage are allowed for antique shows?
Free-standing signs, easels, and table displays are great. Please avoid nails/screws on walls; use removable hooks where approved. No glitter/confetti; LED candles only indoors.
