How many people can we invite to the birthday party?
Our birthday party rentals accommodate up to 150 guests, with space for dining, games, and a dance floor if you want one.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes—outside catering is welcome, and you’re free to bring your own desserts. We’ll help place buffet and dessert stations for easy flow.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
We provide plenty of rectangular and circular tables plus standard chairs. Tell us your headcount and we’ll design a custom layout.
Is there A/V for music and toasts?
Yes—audio hookup (fee applies) and on-site power. Bring a device, DJ, or small PA; we’ll coordinate placement and power runs.
Can alcohol be served for adult birthday party rentals?
Yes—choose one of our party packages that includes a bartender so alcohol can be served professionally at your event.
Do you have indoor and outdoor spaces?
Absolutely—cozy indoor spaces for the party and scenic outdoor areas for photos or fresh air, with a weather backup in every plan.
What about decorations and themes?
Freestanding backdrops, balloons, and tabletop décor are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors.
How does setup and cleanup work?
All setup and cleanup happen within your $100/hr setup and teardown rental window. Ground-level load-in and nearby parking make it easy for décor and vendors.
Can we add activities like a photo booth, games, or a slideshow?
Yes—common zones include welcome/gifts, games, photo booth, dessert, and dance area. We’ll map zones so guests can move comfortably. We offer photo booth, audio and projector rentals.
How do we check pricing, availability, and tours?
Share your date(s), guest count, seating/A-V needs, and catering plan. We’ll confirm availability, send current pricing and inclusions, and schedule a virtual or in-person tour in Colorado Springs.
