How many people can we host for a service or event?
Up to 150 attendees, with layouts for worship seating, classes, and fellowship time.
Do you have A/V for worship music and speaking?
We provide audio hookup access (fee applies) and on-site power. Bring your own PA, mics, instruments, and projector/screens; we’ll help with placement and power.
Can we rent the space weekly or monthly?
Yes—recurring rentals are welcome based on availability. Share your preferred day/time (e.g., Sunday mornings, weeknights), and we’ll propose a schedule and rate.
Is outside catering or coffee service allowed?
Absolutely. Outside catering is welcome. Coffee/tea, pastries, and potluck meals are common—plan setup and cleanup within your rental window.
What seating/layout options are available?
We can do rows for worship, round tables for meals, classroom setups for studies, or a mix. We have rectangular and circular tables and will map a custom floor plan.
Do you have indoor and outdoor areas?
Yes—use indoor spaces for services and outdoor areas for fellowship, youth games, or photo moments. We always include a weather backup.
What about kids’ or youth rooms?
We can allocate spaces for check-in, classes, and youth activities. Tell us your headcounts/ages and we’ll plan a safe flow and table/chair needs.
Are there décor or signage restrictions?
Freestanding signs, banners, and tabletop décor are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws in surfaces; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors.
Do you require insurance or paperwork?
For organizations, we typically request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Red Rocks Barn as additional insured. We’ll include details in your agreement.
How do we check availability, pricing, and book?
Send your preferred date(s) or recurring schedule, estimated attendance, seating/A-V needs, and hospitality plan. We’ll confirm availability, share current pricing and inclusions, and schedule a tour—virtual or in person in Colorado Springs.
