What layouts do you offer?
Banquet rounds, cocktail, theater, or mixed layouts using rectangular and circular tables. We’ll design a floor plan around your program flow.
Is A/V available for speeches and videos?
We offer audio and/or projector hookup (fee applies) and power for your PA, mixer, mics, and projector/screens. Share your tech list—we can help place gear and plan cable runs.
Can alcohol be served at our fundraiser?
Yes—choose one of our party packages that includes a bartender, so alcohol can be served professionally during your event.
Can we bring our own caterer or food trucks?
Absolutely. Outside catering is welcome. We can help coordinate placement for buffet lines, plated service, dessert/coffee, or truck parking.
What about vendor and volunteer load-in/out?
Ground-level access with nearby parking keeps load-in/out simple. Send your timeline; we’ll coordinate doors, staging spots, and power needs.
Do you help with run-of-show and fundraising flow?
Yes. Share your agenda (doors, welcome, program, paddle raise, auction close). We’ll propose a micro-timeline and location plan to maximize donor engagement.
Are there décor or signage restrictions?
