Do you allow outside catering?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. We recommend licensed professional caterers for food safety and insurance, but DIY/potluck is allowed if that fits your plan.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes you can choose a package that includes a bartender, and the event is treated as a private party. We do not have a liquor license. You may obtain a special event liquor permit (where eligible).
What tables and seating options are available?
We offer rectangular and circular tables and can set classroom, banquet/rounds, or cocktail-style layouts. Share your headcount and we’ll map a custom floor plan.
Is there A/V or music support?
Yes—audio hookup is available (fee applies) for playlists, DJs, or live music. On-site power is provided. Bring your own PA/lights if you’d like; we’ll help coordinate placement.

Setup and cleanup occur within your rental window. Ground-level access and nearby parking make load-in/out easy. Share your timeline and vendor list; we’ll assist with door access and power needs.
Any décor restrictions for holiday themes?
Freestanding décor, garlands, and tabletop pieces are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors. LED candles are great; no open flames indoors.
Do you help with flow, timeline, and vendor coordination?
Yes—send your guest count, seating style, and run-of-show. We’ll help coordinate key arrival times with your vendors.
