Common plans include a grand entrance aisle, head table, court of honor seating, banquet rounds for guests, and a central dance floor. We provide rectangular & circular tables and design a custom floor plan.
Do you have indoor and outdoor photo locations?
Yes—mountain backdrops, rustic textures, and twinkle-light areas. We’ll suggest the best spots for portraits, family photos, and the court.
Can we include traditional elements (waltz, changing of shoes, crown, toast)?
Yes—tell us your sequence and music cues and we’ll help create plan so each moment has space and good sightlines.
What about décor—arches, thrones, balloon installs?
Freestanding décor is welcome (arches, throne chairs, step-and-repeat, balloon garlands). Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing pieces. No glitter/confetti indoors.
How does load-in/out and setup work?
Ground-level access with nearby parking keeps load-in/out easy. Setup and cleanup occur within your rental window; share your vendor list and timeline and we’ll coordinate doors and power.
