We offer audio and projector hookup (fee applies) and power for your PA, wireless mics, music cues, and projector/screens. Send your tech list and we’ll map placements and cable runs.
What seating layouts work best for awards?
Theater for the program, banquet/rounds for dinner, or a hybrid. We provide rectangular and circular tables and build a custom floor plan around your run-of-show.
Can we set up a red carpet or step-and-repeat?
Absolutely. We’ll position photo ops near natural backdrops or indoor walls with proper lighting and guest flow.
Do you help with the event timeline?
Yes—share your agenda (doors, welcome, categories, intermission, finale). We’ll help with transitions for a polished show.
Is outside catering allowed?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. We’re happy to advise on buffet vs. plated timing to sync cleanly with award segments.
