Yes—on-site power near common display areas. We’ll place powered tables for accent lights, tablets, and printers.
Can we make announcements or run a countdown?
Absolutely. Our audio hookup (fee applies) supports mics and music so you can spotlight premium lots and run an energetic closing countdown.
Can alcohol be served?

Do you allow outside catering or food trucks?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. We’ll help position buffets or stations to keep traffic flowing around the bid tables.
What about check-in and checkout logistics?
We’ll designate check-in near the entrance and a checkout/packing zone with power for card readers and printers, plus back-of-house staging for won items.
How does load-in/out work for vendors and volunteers?
Ground-level access with nearby parking makes load-in/out simple. Send your timeline and we’ll coordinate doors and staging.
Any décor restrictions for displays and signage?
Freestanding racks, easels, and tabletop signage are welcome. Please avoid nails/screws; use removable hooks or free-standing options. No glitter/confetti indoors.
