Red Rocks Barn policy (the short version):
We allow outside catering.
We recommend a licensed professional caterer (food safety & insurance), but it’s not required—potluck is welcome.
Please plan to have the catering company you choose handle setup and cleanup within your rental window.
If you share your guest count, preferred service style (potluck, drop-off buffet, staffed buffet, plated), and any must-have dishes, we can suggest budget-friendly approaches or point you toward caterers that fit your numbers.
